We want you to love your 24Bottles products, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unused items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in pristine condition to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original protective boxes and ensure the parcel is securely sealed to prevent any damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
