How long do the insulated bottles keep drinks cold or hot?
Our Clima Bottles are designed to keep beverages cold for up to 24 hours and hot for up to 12 hours, thanks to their double-walled vacuum insulation technology.
Are 24Bottles dishwasher safe?
While the steel itself is durable, we recommend hand washing with warm soapy water to preserve the finish and integrity of the design. The thermal functionality is best maintained through manual cleaning.
What is your shipping policy?
We ship worldwide. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Shipping times vary by location, generally taking 3-5 business days for domestic orders and 7-14 days for international delivery.
Can I return my bottle if I change my mind?
Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization.
